Limits and restrictions
- Style guides disagree about title case; this tool follows a common rule, so check words like "via" or "per" against your guide.
- Sentence case capitalizes sentence starts and the word "I", but cannot know which other words are names.
- Conversions use US English rules; Turkish dotted and dotless i are not handled specially.
Tips and best practices
- Fix Caps Lock text with lower case first, then Sentence case.
- Turn off acronym keeping if your text is all capitals and you want every word changed.
- Use kebab-case for URL slugs, or the Text to Slug Converter for more options.

What do camelCase and snake_case do with punctuation?
Punctuation is removed and the words are joined in the chosen style.
Can I undo a conversion?
Yes. Undo steps back through your recent conversions, and Clear can be undone as well.
Why did "SEO" stay in capitals?
Short all-caps words are kept as acronyms in title case. Turn off the acronym option to change them.
What is alternating case?
It switches between lower and upper case on each letter, like "aLtErNaTiNg". It is mostly used for fun.
