Captionzy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This page explains how to report content on captionzy.com (the “Site”) that you believe infringes your copyright.

Our Position

All original text, design, graphics and tool implementations on the Site are the property of Captionzy. Where third-party material is used, it is used with permission or under an appropriate licence. If you believe we have published something that infringes your rights, tell us, and we will review it promptly.

Filing a Copyright Complaint

Send a written notice to beastworld2345@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request”, including:

Your full name, postal address, telephone number,r and email address.
A clear description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed, with a link to the original if it is online.
The exact URL(s) on captionzy.com where the material appears, so we can locate it.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may delay our response, so please include everything listed above.

What Happens Next

We review every valid notice, usually within 2 to 5 working days. If the complaint is justified, we will remove or disable access to the material and notify anyone who posted it. We may also take action against repeat infringers, including blocking access to the Site.

Counter-Notice

If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It should include your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, your signature, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed by error.

Content You Create With Our Tools

Text you enter into Captionzy’s tools remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your input or output, and we do not store it to republish elsewhere. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any material you process through the Site.

Linking to Captionzy

You are welcome to link to our pages. Quoting a short extract with clear credit and a link back is fine; republishing full pages or copying our tools is not permitted without written consent.

Misuse of This Process

Filing a false or bad-faith copyright claim may expose you to liability. Please be sure of your rights before submitting a notice.
